Donald Hunter – General Manager

A Plymouth native and PSU alum ('95), Donald brings decades of property management and construction expertise to Off Campus Rentals, where he's served as General Manager since 2002. He takes immense pride in maintaining high property standards and keeping residents happy. Stop by the office anytime to say hi!

Cory Roy – Customer Service & Operations

A Granite State native from Littleton, NH, Cory joined the team in 2024 with a strong background in customer service and tech management. He keeps our daily operations running smoothly and takes great care of our tenants. Outside of work, Cory enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and golfing.
